- 6 each pork chops 3/4 inch thick
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup rice uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can soup, cream of cheddar
Directions

1In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Place uncooked rice in a 10x12 inch baking dish.

4Combine orange juice, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt; pour over rice.

5Arrange browned pork chops on top.

6Spread soup over all.

7Cover and bake in 350F (180C) F oven for 45 minutes.

8Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
