  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 c. egg noodles
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • soft bread crumbs to cover
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Brown pork chops on both sides in oil.

    Place in a baking dish.

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Add onion, ketchup and water to noodles.

    Mix together and spread over pork chops.

    Cover with bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top has browned. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
