- 4 to 6 pork chops
- vegetable oil
- 2 c. egg noodles
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 1/4 c. water
- soft bread crumbs to cover
- salt to taste
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides in oil.

2Place in a baking dish.

3Cook noodles and drain.

4Add onion, ketchup and water to noodles.

5Mix together and spread over pork chops.

6Cover with bread crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top has browned. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
