  • 12 lb ground turkey, and
  • 12 lb ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 14 teaspoon green chili sauce
  • 12 tablespoon hot paprika
  • 12 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 14 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

    Add the turkey/pork mix and cook, stirring with a fork to distribute.

    the meat evenly over the bottom of the pan, stirring constantly, cook until the meat is lightly browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes.
