- 4 c. chopped cabbage
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. chopped red sweet pepper
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 4 c. vinegar
- 8 c. water
Directions

1Wash, clean, drain and chop vegetables.

2Dissolve salt in 8 cups water.

3Pour over vegetables, and let stand 1 hour.

4Drain (rinse if too salty).

5Mix vegetables with sugar, seed and vinegar.

6Bring to a boil, simmer 20 minutes.

7Pack in hot jars and seal.
