Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups water
• 3/4 cup seven grain mix
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1/2 tablespoon bread flour
• 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
• 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
• 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
