- 1 qt. cabbage
- 1 pt. onion
- 2 hot peppers
- 2 pt. sweet peppers
- 12 green tomatoes
- 6 cucumbers
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 bay leaves, crushed
Directions

1Wash and prepare vegetables to be chopped in food processor or by hand.

2Place in large pan.

3Add salt and let stand 24 hours. Drain mixture, getting out all of the brine.

4Add chopped cabbage to other vegetables.

5In large pan, mix sugar, vinegar and spices.

6Heat.
-
7Add vegetables.
-
8Boil for 3 minutes.

9Pack in hot jars and seal.
