- red bell pepper
- 1 or 2 green bell peppers
- 1 qt. chopped onion (3 large)
- 7 cucumbers, cubed
- salt
- 1 oz. pickling spice
Directions

1Put layer of cabbage, layer of tomatoes, layer of cucumbers and layer of salt.

2Keep layering with cabbage on top layer.
