  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

    Mix the ground coffee with the egg.

    Boil the spices until they have put their color into the water.

    Add the egg/coffee mixture into the water and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Strain through a coffee strainer 10 times.
