Ingredients
- approximately 1 gal. raw, chopped cabbage
- approximately 1 qt. raw, chopped onions
- approximately 1 qt. raw, chopped green peppers
- approximately 1 qt. raw, chopped green tomatoes
- 1 gal. vinegar
- 10 c. sugar
Directions

1Put in large container (ice chest).

2Pour water over top of vegetables.

3Put in 10 level tablespoons pickling salt and let set for 2 hours.

4Squeeze out water.

5Put vegetables in pot with vinegar and salt.

6Bring to a boil and put in jars with lids.

7The jars will seal themselves.
