- 1 qt. chopped cabbage
- 2 c. chopped green tomatoes
- 3 chopped onions
- 1 1/2 chopped green peppers
- 1 1/2 chopped red bell peppers
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. white mustard seed
- 3/4 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/4 Tbsp. cloves (tied in a bag)
Directions

1In a separate vessel put vinegar, sugar, mustard, mustard seed, celery seed and cloves.

2Heat to boiling; add well-drained vegetables.

3Cook slowly until tender (about 1/2 hour).

4Put into sterile jars.

5Process 10 minutes at simmering temperature.
