Ingredients
- 7 large onions
- 1 medium cabbage
- 10 green tomatoes
- 12 green peppers
- 6 sweet red peppers
- 1/2 c. pickling salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Wash vegetables.

2Using a coarse blade, grind them up. Sprinkle with pickling salt and let stand overnight.

3Rinse and drain.

4Bring to a boil all other ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Fill jars and seal.

5Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes. Makes 9 pints.
