- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 whole stalk celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown hamburger and pork.

2Saute green pepper and onion, then add to meat.

3Add the celery and soy sauce.

4Cover with water just to top of mixture.

5Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6When celery is cooked, add cornstarch to water to thicken.

7Serve over noodles or rice.
