- 1 or 2 chickens, boiled, boned and skinned
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 box Minute rice
- 1 or 2 cans bean sprouts
- 4 or 5 onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Cool and pick off bones.

3Cut up celery and onions.

4Steam in separate pans until tender.

5(Drain off water.) Drain bean sprouts.

6Add celery, onions, bean sprouts and chicken. Mix all together.

7Heat; do not cook.

8Add salt and pepper to taste.

9Cook rice.

10Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
