  • 3 lb. hamburger, salted and browned
  • 4 c. celery
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 c. warm water
  • 3 cans Chinese noodles

Directions

    Brown and salt hamburger.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Sprinkle Chinese noodles over top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
