  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. onion
  • butter
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can chop suey vegetables
  • 1 c. stock
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • pinch of sugar

Directions

    Using chicken, pork or steak, saute celery and onion in butter.
