- 1 c. consomme
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- salt and pepper to taste
- cornstarch (optional)
Directions

1Stir-fry celery and onions in oil in large skillet for 3 minutes.

2Add next 4 ingredients.

3Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato and consomme.

4Stir in remaining seasonings.

5Thicken with cornstarch, if desired.
