Ingredients
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 (6 ounce) cans mushrooms, drained (I use fresh if I have them)
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs pork, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Season pork pieces with salt and pepper. Brown pork over medium high heat. Once browned, add enough water to cover the pork. Bring to boil.

2Add onion, celery, green pepper, mushroons and water chestnuts. Cook until the veggies are tender.

3At this point you may need to add more water depending on the amount of sauce you desire.

4Add chicken bullion and soy sauce ( to taste).

5Mix the cornstarch with a bit of water and add to pan. Sauce will thicken. (adjust amount of cornstach based on how thick you want the sauce).

6Adjust seasoning, serve over rice and/or chinese noodles.
