- 250 g rice
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip cabbage
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cream cheese
- garlic
- herbs
- sunflower seeds
Directions

1Cook rice as indicated on package.

2Peel carrots and turnip cabbage and finely grate both vegetables.

3Mix cooked rice, flour, eggs with grated carrots and turnip cabbage.

4Taste with salt and pepper.

5Heat oil in skillet and fry the mixture in shape of cookies on both side until they are golden and crispy.

6Mix cream cheese with garlic and/or herbs for more taste.

7Serve hot rice cookies with cream cheese and besprinkle the plate with some sunflower seeds.
