  • 1 c. green onion, chopped 1/2-inch long of green portion
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1 c. peanut oil

    Debone while hot and tear into bite size pieces.

    1 tablespoon of salt and 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and sesame seed over chicken.

    Scatter green onions over chicken next.

    until it almost smokes.

    Pour on top of chicken

    serve immediately.
