  • 1 c. nuts
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • red cake coloring

Directions

    Grind dates and nuts through food grinder.

    Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar.

    Roll into balls.
