Ingredients

  • 2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 to 3 c. coarse chopped pecans
  • 2 pkg. caramel chips

    Cook to 238° on candy thermometer

    (soft ball), then stir in one jar of Marshmallow Creme and

    beat until mixture is very thick and creamy (about 8 minutes).

    remaining ingredients and beat well.

    Pour onto greased (Pam sprayed) platter and let sit until firm.

    sharp, warm knife into bite size pieces.
