- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 to 3 c. coarse chopped pecans
- 2 pkg. caramel chips
Directions

1Combine

2sugar,

3butter and milk.

4Cook to 238° on candy thermometer

5(soft ball), then stir in one jar of Marshmallow Creme and

6beat until mixture is very thick and creamy (about 8 minutes).

7Add

8remaining ingredients and beat well.

9Pour onto greased (Pam sprayed) platter and let sit until firm.

10Cut with very

11sharp, warm knife into bite size pieces.

12Makes about 100 pieces.
