- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 7 oz. marshmallow cream
- 2 pkg. caramel chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients.

2Cook to 238° on candy thermometer (soft ball).

3Stir in marshmallow cream and beat until mixture is very thick (about 8 minutes).

4Add remaining ingredients and beat well.

5Pour into greased pan and let stand until firm.

6Cut into squares with sharp, warm knife.
