  • 1 box herb and cheese croutons
  • 12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Bob Evan's original recipe sausage, browned
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

    In 9 x 13-inch glass pan (buttered), put croutons first, then cheese, then sausage.

    Mix eggs, milk and mustard; pour over sausage.
