  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Saute the sausage, drain all the grease and set aside. Beat the eggs, add milk, salt and mustard, stir. Layer the bread cubes on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Then layer the sausage, followed by cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the top, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
