- 1/2 c. warm milk
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cold butter
Directions

1Combine milk, yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, egg yolks and cream in small bowl; mix well.

2Let stand until foamy and proofed, about 10 minutes.

3Blend flour, 1/4 cup sugar and salt in large mixing bowl. Cut in butter until pieces are about the size of small beans.

4Fold in yeast mixture just until ingredients are moistened.

5Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
