  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients with 1 cup boiling water.

    Stir until marshmallows melt.

    Refrigerate until partially congealed. Blend in whipped cream, pineapple cream cheese and pecans.
