  • 1 qt. dill pickles
  • 1 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Drain the dill pickles.

    Slice if they are whole.

    Place back in jar; put in sugar, celery seed, chopped onion, horseradish and vinegar.

    Shake.

    Put in refrigerator.

    Shake everyday for 3 to 5 days.
