- 8 oranges
- 3 lb. sugar
- 2 oz. citric acid
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 2 gal. water
Directions

1Juice the oranges and grind rinds.

2Place rinds in bowl. Cover with boiling water.

3Let stand for about 5 minutes.

4Strain. Mix orange water with sugar and citric acid.

5Add fruit juices and water; mix well.

6Let stand overnight.

7Store in plastic container.
