  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Combine beef, pork, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and milk in large bowl.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Then, using a tablespoon shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs in ungreased flat 10 x 15-inch pan 1-inch apart. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, turning frequently, browning on all sides.

    Keep warm in 200° oven or store in freezer.
