- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Combine beef, pork, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and milk in large bowl.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Then, using a tablespoon shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs in ungreased flat 10 x 15-inch pan 1-inch apart. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, turning frequently, browning on all sides.

4Keep warm in 200° oven or store in freezer.
