Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. tiny red cinnamon candies
  • 2 (3 oz.) lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. apples, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Combine water and candies, stirring until melted.

    Dissolve jello in this water.

    Add applesauce and mix well.

    Half congeal to consistency of thick egg whites.

    In another bowl, mix cream cheese and milk.

    Fold in nuts, celery and apples.

    Fold this mixture into half congealed mixture.

    Chill until firm.
