Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1 tbsp food color (i used red )
  • 250 ml oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp besan flour
  • 1 tbsp maida (diluted in water 1/2 cup water )
  • 500 ml water

    Chop all vegetables

    Boil carrot, cabbage, green peas and beans.

    In pan pour oil saute big onion, then add chopped curry leaves and add the boiled vegetables and add salt.

    Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, food color and salt.

    Mix with diluted besan flour and make balls.

    Dip the balls in maida water n deep fry.
