- 9 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 slices bread
- 1 1/2 c. Vermont Cheddar cheese
- mild chili peppers (according to taste)
- mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 c. diced red and yellow bell peppers
Directions

1Cook sausage and drain.

2Cube bread.

3Combine sausage and remaining ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Pour into a well greased, buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook 1 hour at 350°.
