- 1 chuck roast
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Flour meat and brown on all sides in cooking oil.

2Add onion to oil and brown.

3Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and pour over meat.

4Add enough water to meat and mixture to come to top of meat.

5Cook until tender 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
