- 1 chuck roast
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. oil (Mazola or Crisco)
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- Lawry's salt
Directions

1Sprinkle roast with Lawry's salt.

2Using medium heat, brown the roast on both sides in 2 tablespoons oil (Mazola or Crisco). Spread the mushroom soup on top of the roast, then sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.

3Put lid on and cook 1 1/2 hours using medium or low heat.

4Your gravy will be made and ready to eat.
