- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) boneless chuck roast
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
Directions

1Tear 2 long pieces of aluminum foil and place crisscross on table.

2Place meat on foil and put 2 tablespoons steak sauce over meat.

3Put dry onion soup over meat.

4Put mushroom soup from can over meat.

5Wrap foil around meat so liquid cannot run out.

6Cook at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.

7If desired, you can add potatoes and carrots to meat.

8Meat will have its own gravy.
