- 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place one package Lipton soup on heavy-duty aluminum foil.

2On this, place chuck roast; salt lightly.

3On top of roast, add soup (two cans may be used for more gravy).

4Fold foil over tightly; bake at 300° for one hour per pound.

5(Never cook under 3 hours.) When roast is done, gravy is made.
