- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Brown roast in cooking oil.

2Remove roast and add flour, making thick paste.

3Add water, A.1. steak and Worcestershire sauce.

4Place meat in liquid and cover.

5Cook on top of stove for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.

6Water may be added as needed.
