- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 6 small potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 6 carrots, cut in pieces
- 6 small onions
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, cut in pieces
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 4 c. water
Directions

1Brown meat and onions.

2Add all remaining ingredients (except peas).

3Cook and simmer 2 to 3 hours.

4Add peas the last 30 minutes.
