- 1 small zucchini; diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- 1 salt and white pepper; to taste
Directions

1Partially boil buttetnut squash in salted water 1/2 way.

3Heat oil in a large saute pan.

4Add zucchini.

5Saute zucchini until 1/2 way cooked.

6Add butternut squash.

7Season.

8Add butter and toss when 95% cooked.
