Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) box macaroni and cheese mix
  • 14 cup milk (used to prepare the macaroni and cheese)
  • 14 cup butter (used to prepare the macaroni and cheese) or 14 cup margarine (used to prepare the macaroni and cheese)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can corn, drained
  • Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Brown hamburger in skillet and drain.

    While hamburger is cooking, cook macaroni and cheese as directed on box.

    Mix cooked hamburger, prepared macaroni and cheese, tomato paste, and drained corn together well in a large mixing bowl.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Top with sliced Velveeta cheese.

    Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
