- 1 beef roast
- allspice
- cumin
- salt
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- potatoes
- carrots
- onions
- cabbage
Directions

1Place roast, that has been seasoned with the spices and seasonings, in a large roaster pan.

2Pour tomato sauce over roast. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

3Add chopped vegetables. Cut cabbage in large pieces.

4Place on top of roast.

5Cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
