  • 1 beef roast
  • allspice
  • cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • onions
  • cabbage

Directions

    Place roast, that has been seasoned with the spices and seasonings, in a large roaster pan.

    Pour tomato sauce over roast. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Add chopped vegetables. Cut cabbage in large pieces.

    Place on top of roast.

    Cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
