Chunky Corn Chowder

- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 medium pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. Niblets Mexicorn (do not drain)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled into bits
Directions

1Cook potatoes in small amount of water.

2Saute onion and pepper in 1/2 stick margarine.

3Add creamed corn, Niblets Mexicorn and mushroom soup.

4Mix all ingredients and heat well.
