Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 medium pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. Niblets Mexicorn (do not drain)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled into bits

Directions

    Cook potatoes in small amount of water.

    Saute onion and pepper in 1/2 stick margarine.

    Add creamed corn, Niblets Mexicorn and mushroom soup.

    Mix all ingredients and heat well.
