  • 3 lb. beef stew meat
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 4 to 5 carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (concentrated)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (concentrated)
  • 1 c. ginger ale

Directions

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Grease casserole dish and layer meat, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.

    Sprinkle with salt. Combine soups.

    Spoon on top of casserole.

    Top with ginger ale. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
