- 4 cans whole or cut green beans
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. mustard
Directions

1Drain beans and save juice.

2Cook bacon in Dutch oven and leave grease.

3Saute onion in bacon drippings.

4Add sugar, vinegar and mustard.

5Cook on low heat for 2 hours.

6Crumble bacon; top when ready to serve.
