Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Put half of meat in bottom of casserole.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Layer half of sliced onions, carrots and potatoes.
  4. 4
    Add the rest of meat and other half of vegetables, ending with potatoes.

    Pour soup over top and add 1/2 soup can of milk.

    Put in oven at 300°.

    Bake for 2 hours.

    Can be baked at 350° for 3 hours.

    Put in before Sunday School and will be ready after church.
