- 30 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 gal. peppermint ice cream, softened
- 1 large or 2 small jars fudge topping
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix together cookies and margarine; set aside 1/2 cup for topping.

2Spread remainder of cookie mixture on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan; freeze.

3Spread peppermint ice cream on top of crust; freeze.

4Spread fudge topping on top of ice cream; freeze.

5Spread Cool Whip on top of fudge topping and sprinkle with the reserved 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs; freeze.

6Take out of freezer a few minutes before serving.
