  • 1 13 cups sugar
  • 12 cup butter, you do need butter here i think cause you can really taste it
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 14 cups cake flour

    beat egg whites til stiff.

    cream sugar and butter in separate bowl

    sift dry ingredients

    add to creamed mixture.

    add milk and vanilla

    fold in egg whites

    pour into greased 9x13 cake pan grease and flour mine stuck a little with only greasing

    bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done .
