Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 x 425ml cans chick peas, drained
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 bunch coriander, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 None lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices toast
- None None Coriander, to garnish
Directions

1Mix the chick peas, garlic, oil, cumin, 3 tbsp of the hazelnuts and 3 tbsp of the pine nuts in a blender. Add hazelnut oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and puree until creamy. Stir in the chopped cilantro.

2Roughly chop the remaining 1 tbsp of hazelnuts and stir into the hummus with 1 tbsp pine nuts. Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with some cilantro leaves.
