  • 5 boneless country pork ribs
  • 3/4 cup mojo crillo marinade
  • 1/2 cup recaita cooking paste
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried minced onions
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and white pepper
  • 1 vegetable oil; as needed

    Marinate pork ribs in mojo crillo for 4-48 hours

    Pat dry.

    Cover pork ribs with enough oil to coat.

    Bake at 300 for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
