- 5 boneless country pork ribs
- 3/4 cup mojo crillo marinade
- 1/2 cup recaita cooking paste
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried minced onions
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt and white pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
Directions

1Marinate pork ribs in mojo crillo for 4-48 hours

2Pat dry.

3Cover pork ribs with enough oil to coat.

5Bake at 300 for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
