  • 23 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • 13 cup chopped onion
  • 14 cup chopped scallion
  • 1 jalapeno (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 -3 cups cooked rice

Directions

    Mix all above ingredients except rice in food processor or blender.

    Combine with cooked warm rice.
